Zdenko Tartufi

In a little village of Slovenian Istria, the local Zdenko has always been enthusiastic about truffles. Therefore, he decided to become a truffle hunter. He started the brand ZDENKO TARTUFI, which includes not only truffles, but also truffle products such as truffle spread with white and black truffles, oil, honey, cheese, and salami with truffles. Zdenko passed his passion on to his daughter Sara, who decided to follow her father’s footsteps and became a professional truffle hunter. She started doing truffle hunting demonstrations for groups and individuals.
